Can a DVC renter make a ME ressie after check-in?

We are renting points from a DVC owner. I don't yet have my flight booked yet. We are renting a car from MCO to BCV and will return the car at Swan/Dolphin a couple of days before our return flight. We will take ME back to MCO.

As a DVC renter (not an owner) can I book my ME return through BCV concierge? Or must I contact the owner and have them book ME, once I have my flight info?

We booked ME through MS so yes the owner of your points will need to book your ME reservation.
