Can a 14 year wait in the rider swap room alone?

My fiancé’s 14 year old daughter is autistic and she doesn’t want to go on almost every ride. I’m not sure where she should wait while we all ride (me his younger daughter and him) could she wait in the rider swap room while we ride? Or would she just walk through the line and then say she isn’t riding and wait for us to get off the ride?

She can do either. In my experience with the swap room, there's hardly anyone in there and nobody is checking.

We leave my mom in the kid swap room all the time. Some of them are just a little plain room but a few have videos on and are themed too. Grandma loves to take a break in there!

I'm just glad she'll have somewhere to sit and wait, it makes me nervous thinking of her just standing around the exit.

Yes. As stated, just tell the TM and they will direct her to the room. Then you follow the signs when you are done with the ride. We were having our eldest wait in childswap by that age with our youngest. (My youngest doesn't want to ride a lot and we've both gone with just one adult and had the eldest not care about doing a ride).

Thank you for asking this question. My teenage son also doesn't ride most of the rides but enjoys some of the queues. The youngest is tall enough for rides like FJ, now, and I hadn't thought about him just waiting in the child swap area alone. That will be much more comfortable for him than exiting and waiting for us outside.
