It's some friends & I and we have to share beds, we're all petite-average weight. I've heard the beds are really small (which sucks for me since Im the type to spread all out) but are they comfy enough for 2 adults in each one?

They are not queen size, but two people can sleep on the beds just fine, especially if you aren't overweight. They aren't huge, but they'll do.

I think that the beds at pop are aprox doubble sized DW and I are both larger and we had enough room

I am petite and I have slept in the beds with my two daughters. There was plenty of room for us.

They are double size.
When they first came out they were the standard size for 2 people to share .
Many of your parents and grandparents most likely slept quite comfortable on them not knowing any different since the queen and king size were not available as a standard option until the mid to late 60's.
OK. I am giving my age away but when DH and I were first married in 1968 we bought a Queen size bed and all of our friends and relatives thought the new bed was huge since it was the first time many of them had seen the new size.

Have fun at Disney!:wizard:

I remember those days! When you got a new bed, you invite people up to take a look at it.

My two DD's(16 & 18) have slept on one of the POP beds and they did just fine. By the end of the day, you're so tired you just won't care where you sleep.

Minnie, our age IS showing!!! We were married in 1969, and also got a queen bed. Family thought we were having problems because the bed was so big!!!LOL! Thought that there would not be any grandbabies!!!!

This is good to know, though, as I am taking the granddaughters in August and are staying for the first time at All Star Music...Calypso.

I hope you enjoy Music as much as DH and I do.

We stayed in a reburished room in Calypso building #10 last September and we are staying in Calypso again this September.

DH and I loved the newly refurbished rooms.

Just an FYI

All Star Music is undergoing a refurbishment of all of the rooms and is slated to be completed by June 2007.

The Calypso and Jazz buildings are completed and the last I heard they are working on the Broadway Buildings.

Here is a website with photos of the newly refurbished rooms at All Star Music.

Look at the Jazz Inn section with new posted:

A lot depends on your preference. Two weeks ago we stayed at a hotel with two full size beds (not Disney). Thinking it is only for 3 days we will surive. After the first night everyone, except the 4 year old, woke up in a foul mood, off to Bed Bath and Beyond to get an Aerobed, twin size since that is all the room could handle. DH (6'1") slept in his own bed, our 9 year old on the Aerobed and I slept with my very squirmy 4 year old and didn't get much sleep. Next night I decided to sleep with the 9 year old and put the 4 year old on the Aerobed. I was sleeping okay since he was less squirmy although I still was getting kicked from time to time, until he got sick in bed in the middle of the night.

DH and I sleep in a king size bed, we actually only share the bed two times a week since he works third shift. My 9 year old who is very tall sleeps in his own full size bed and my 4 year old in a twin. We are use to our space when we sleep.

At the end of the trip he looked at me and said we are staying at the Poly with the two queens, day bed and bring that Aero bed you just bought right just in case right? I couldn't agree more.
