Can’t cancel park reservation in app for some reason

Would anyone know why I can’t cancel a park Resy and make a different one. I want to switch from animal kingdom to HS. I can cancel my sisters reservation but not my own. When I try to do it online, stich ate the page.
 
If you have an AP the app doesn't work. If you have regular tickets I think the app is just glitchy, I had the same problem a few days ago and just had to do the change from my mobile browser instead.

I do have an AP that must be the reason.
 
You have to go in like you are making a new reservation, sign in, you will see a list of upcoming reservations.
 

Okay I’ve been messing with this for hours. Our park reservations are listed under My Plans but when I click on a reservation more information I get a stitch someone ate the page error. I’ve tried multiple browsers, in private mode etc and they just aren’t there. We have AP and staying on property. When I go to the make park reservations page, only the one reservation I made today shows up. It’s like all our reservations are lost. Anyone else have this problem? Am I really going to have to call and wait for hours to get someone to fix this?

I've read that this is a problem for annual passholders. Here is how to do it on the MDE website, not the app:

Sign into your MDE account on the website
go to your plans
click on the Park Reservations icon at the top of the page
choose - "make a park reservation" - for any date that you already have reserved
pick a park - it doesn't matter which park you choose
click on - "go to annual pass reservations"
a list of all your park reservations will appear with a "cancel reservation" button to click

I don't know why they make this so hard for annual passholders.

I have not figured out how to do it on the MDE app.

Thank you but unfortunately this doesn’t work. I only see one reservation and it’s the new one I made last night. All others are listed under my plans, but error when I click on them. So, another problem with their system.

Update…just my daughters are there. Not our reservations. 🤬We logged on to my husbands account and they are all there. Which is weird. I made the reservations under my login.
 
Just an update in case others are reading this. I called in and talked to web support and they got the same error. They escalated it to the back end IT and they tried to fix it while I was waiting and no luck. They will have to figure out what’s wrong and get back to me. Hopefully they can fix it soon.

This is SO acceptable.They’d rather have long insane waits on phone lines to delete and change park reservations (which very few ppl even like) at all) instead of fixing the stupid IT. This has gotten out of hand.
Drives me crazy.

There was no wait. But they cannot fix it. I’m sure there are others that have the same problem. It is annoying that I have messed with this way too many hours.

We came across a similar glitch about a week ago. Called 2 weeks ago to renew DVC AP's, couldn't pay that night due to there being a glitch on the site, but they went ahead and made park reservations for us. Called the next night and paid, everything went through.

The next week we wanted to change up two of our days, but I couldn't cancel it. Reservation didn't show up under AP lists, and the option to cancel or modify wasn't there at all, so I hopped onto chat. They had me try a few things, before finally cancelling them for us.

But when I went to go make the new park reservations, it was saying these were already taken, so it was holding onto the system. Hopped onto chat again, then got redirected to IT, so DSis called with myself being deaf. She was on hold with them for a good 40-60 min at least, and they still couldn't figure it out. But they made the new park reservations for us, thankfully, and I doubt our plans will change with it coming up so quickly (Labor Day), but it's driving me crazy to think that if I need to change those 3 days, we need to call IT again.

Sounds like they won’t be able to fix it. I just want to change a couple of them because we scored reservations at Riviera and want to go to HS and Epcot while we are there. If I don’t hear anything in a couple of days I will ask them to make new ones for us.

+1 (407) 934-7639 which sent me to an agent and then she scheduled a call back from IT web support. They called back in about 10 minutes. But they don’t fix the problem so I’m going to have to call back
 
I didn’t hear back from Disney so after 2.5 days I called back. They could not fix them so I could cancel them, but they cancelled the ones I didn’t need or wanted to change. Then I was able to book what I want. It was very time consuming but they were very helpful and figured out a workaround. I’m stuck with what we have for December now unless I want to spend a couple of hours on the phone getting them to delete the ones I cannot delete.

I really think this was caused by making reservations on the AP renewal voucher and after we activated the APs, the voucher was gone and there was a disconnect with the data. The reservations I made after the AP was activated worked correctly. My daughter still has not activated her AP and her reservations were still setup correctly.
