I didn’t hear back from Disney so after 2.5 days I called back. They could not fix them so I could cancel them, but they cancelled the ones I didn’t need or wanted to change. Then I was able to book what I want. It was very time consuming but they were very helpful and figured out a workaround. I’m stuck with what we have for December now unless I want to spend a couple of hours on the phone getting them to delete the ones I cannot delete.
I really think this was caused by making reservations on the AP renewal voucher and after we activated the APs, the voucher was gone and there was a disconnect with the data. The reservations I made after the AP was activated worked correctly. My daughter still has not activated her AP and her reservations were still setup correctly.
