could be the start of school yr and all but has anyone ever had a problem with them? I ordered lightroom from them.,they have charged my account but as yet no email saying it was shipped etc. it says on the site it is back ordered, i called they said they had them and would ship the next day( monday) at the latest but still no email saying it shipped and still says "backordered" on the order with delivery the 30th( aug). wondering if they are just disorganized or should i start to wonder..i ordered over a week ago, they charged my account ( either friday - monday, stuff charged over the weekend shows up tues am) and it was supposed to be 2 day shipping but since i have no email shipping confirmation, no tracking either. not sure how they ship, fed ex always delivers my stuff 2 doors over( , evidently can't read the 2 address signs we have on the house nor the mailbox numbers in the street) so who knows if it's floating around somewhere locally

I buy from them frequently. I've never had a problem. They are as reputable as most sites I have purchased from. Two things though: the first time you buy, they take a bit more time to deliver because they need to verify your student/teacher status and verify you qualify for the particular product (teachers and students don't always get the same deals); secondly, they recently changed their website (not for the better, I might add) and my last order also had issues with status updates.

i did the automatic verification and it verified it right away...glad i paid the $3 to wait for weeks for the product to come in...now the charge is gone from my bank statement so guessing they didn't send it and now it is back ordered. The CS rep said they had one copy left, she put "my name" on it and they were sending me it but evidently not. the order status says the same thing it has for a week and a half so that feature is really helpful

just wanted you all to know that a few months ago campus tech went out of business and journey education took over their website for awhile. Looks like they are back up and running but maybe still having issues? If you need to order software again I'd reccomend Journey Education (www.journeyed.com) or CDW (www.cdw.com). Both are very reputable

when i called about my order, the cs was from journey ed...so evidently they are the same company. it looked like from their site campus tech is US, journey ed is Canada etc. any way my lightroom eventually came and all is well...now i hoping to buy my tablet and corel painter x as they have a great deal on it..just waiting for rebate checks to come to do it
