Camp of Disney RP Part 4

Aaron: He was under a tree, fingering his gloves. His sisters had told him he would probably be fine without them on all the time; he could unfreeze things now. But he still felt comfort while wearing them, he felt like it was the safest way possible to be at camp. With his luck, he'd not have his gloves and be caught of guard by something and freeze the whole camp. No, he thought. Better to keep them on. He leaned back against the tree, watching everything going on.

Jordan Ali: There was the new camper. He approached him. "Aaron, right?" I'm Jordan Ali, a camp counselor. Come on, I'll take you to your cabin, you can stash your stuff there. The former group of four in the cabin all left the camp, so you've got the whole cabin to yourself."

Aaron: He looked up, then nodded and stood. "Yes, I'm Aaron," he said. "Thank you." A whole cabin to himself? Good. "Why did the other four leave?" eh asked as he grabbed his bags.

Jordan Ali: "You're welcome. Their parents pulled them, as well as the three girls with them." There was more to the story, but it was classified to the other campers.

Aaron: "Okay," he said, knowing when not to pry for answers. And he couldn't complain, he knew he'd enjoy the cabin to himself. They headed to his cabin. "The camp seems very nice," he said. "Will there be schedules I can get with mealtimes and activities on them?"

Jordan Ali: "We have everyone take care of their cabins, so they're in pretty good shape. I can probably get you one. Breakfast is from 6 am to 10 am. Lunch is from 11 am to 2 pm. dinner is from 5 pm to 7 pm. You can come for meal at any point during the meal but you have to make every meal. Snacks and drinks are available all day, the mess hall is where we eat. Some nights we have campfires or bonfires, which start at 8 pm and are good for general camp news, if it's really important news the fire will be mandatory. There's usually also marshmallows and s'mores and sing-alongs and such. Some activities are restricted after dark, like mountain climbing and canoeing and such. I think that's it."

Jessica Thompson: She made an announcement over the intercom. "Hi everybody, excuse me for interrupting, but there will be a mandatory campfire tonight to talk about activities for Fourth of July. That's it, have a magical day!"

OOC: Basically I'm going to have you all vote on stuff so its kinda important

OOC: Okay

Aaron: He nodded, taking in everything he said. "Okay. Thank you again," he said. "So activities like rock climbing and such will be available all the time? Whenever there's not anything mandatory going on?"

OOC: Okay

Jordan Ali: "Yeah. There's rock climbing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, most sports, a rec center with tvs for movies, card, board games, video games and an arts an crafts center, the works."

My Characters: They were all off in their respective cabins, frowning slightly at the announcement.

Dustin: "Oh. That's cool," he said. The movie began. "Wow. This animation is nice. I wish we had scenery like that where I live."

Jori: "Yeah," she sighed. "Even the sun in England isn't as breathtaking as that." She smiled.

Aaron: Wow. This could be a bit more enjoyable than he'd thought. "Cool," he said. "Although I'm fairly sure I'm not good at plenty of those things. Especially rock climbing."
Jori: "Yeah," she sighed. "Even the sun in England isn't as breathtaking as that." She smiled.

Dustin: He continued to watch the movie. More and more animals appeared on the screen. "Wow, and all these animals are real?"

Jordan Ali: He smiled. "You have plenty of time to learn. Now if you'll excuse me, I have things to do."

Aaron: He nodded. "Okay," he said. "Thank you again." He took his time as he unpacked his bags and possessions. Other than the campfire, he had nothing on his schedule for now. He finished and sat down on his bed, looking around his empty cabin. He felt a little regret that he'd be alone- he'd spent plenty of his childhood like that- but, especially for now, he liked having the place to himself- if he made any mistakes he would be fine. After a few minutes, he sighed and stood again. He opened the cabin door and walked back to the tree where he'd been earlier.

Jori: "Yeah, every single one, but they are mostly native to Africa." She smiled as baby Simba was being lifted to the crowd.

Dustin: "Wow." He watched and realized he forgotten how much he had liked Disney movies.

Jori: "Indeed." She continued to watch the movie. Then came on the part where Mufasa died. "Ouch! I forgot about that," She said, a little teary eyed.

Dustin: He felt a small pang and he remembered his own dad. It hadn't been that bad, though, he thought. He'd had to watch it, but still. He looked over at Jori. "You okay?" He wasn't sure exactly what to say. He realized that nobody he was with ever cried. He had no clue how to act.

OOC: No clue Wings lol. Aaron is sitting under a tree, Alana is somewhere making mini fireworks I think, Dana's probably lurking somewhere, Peter's at the archery range, and Josh isn't really doing anything

Jori: "Yeah." She wiped her eyes with the sleeves of her sweatshirt. Crap. Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry...

OOC: That's what I think when I watch Lion King xD

Dustin: He casually put his hand on her shoulder. Now- thank goodness- the part with Mufasa was over. Now the hyenas were chasing Simba.
