We are planning a Christmas trip for the end of the year and would definitely like your input. Your trip reports were great, but I'm wondering in retrospect, what you would do, if anything, differently AND most importantly, what are the CAN'T MISS, DON'T DOs, and DEFINITELY DOs, of your trips. Thanks and thanks again for posting your trip reports. I'm still going through them all and printing some of them out for future reference. We appreciate you taking the time to do them.

Lemme tell you! haha! The TWO MOST important things to get things done and not kill yourself doing it is to wake up EARLY and get to the parks ASAP! AND to go back to your resort to take a nap. Retaining energy is unbelievable important in an all out CRAZY Disney vacation! But most important of course, is to have fun. Frustrations may come but they go FAST. So stay on course and have a blast. But remember, GET TO THE PARKS EARLY. I can't even stress how much time you will save by doing that. If you're stay on property (which i HIGHLY recommend), take advantage of your EE for the MK and EPCOT. MGM was totally empty when we went for EE so that may help too. If you have any more questions, just PM me. I still have our little journal with details so I'll give all of the dirty nasty info you need to know ;). Congrats on the choice to go!!!! I can't wait to go again!

I couldnt agree with Fooboy more! ::yes:: Get to the parks for opening!!! We never really got there too much before opening, but 15 minutes before the opening time worked well for us. Since some park hours are actually earlier than usual, EE can be as early as 7:00am(we arrived about 7:30 that day) and it was really well worth it. We are morning people anyway so this worked well for us, and in general we didnt take naps(we werent out too late either though) By the end of the trip we really took it easy more, but that worked well as we had gotten so much done earlier (before Christmas).
As for must dos, defiitely do the Candlelight Processional. This was really an amazing way to spend Christmas Eve. Im not usually a big fan of the Country Bears, but thought the Christmas show was cute. The tree lighting ceremony at Epcot was great! Try to catch that one night. Also, the tree lighting at MK was nice, but if you read my report, you know it would have been nicer if the kids cooperated. ;) If you see the "carolers" walking around beforehand, try to strike up conversation with them...your kids may get picked too. We enjoyed checking out the resorts and our sleigh ride on Christmas night was fun too. Gosh theres so much!
If you have any specific questions, just ask! :D

And I meant to add to that, be sure to make PSs for any meal you really have your heart set on. I know we saw some pretty crowded restaurants during our trip, and probably wouldnt have gotten in had to we not planned ahead.
