Anyone know a good time. Saturday was 40+, I thought maybe today would be quicker bc ppl were working..

I’ve tried right around 2pm and gotten through with little wait. I think because it’s not the morning, lunch time or when people are done work. I’ve also had success calling right when phone lines open.

WhatsApp is a messenger / calling app that uses wifi, not the phone line.

You would download the app, open it and use that to dial Disney. It's all over your home internet and doesn't cost a penny.

Yeah there are some apps where you can make long distance phone calls using wifi. I think google hangouts does this too.

Omg so I called and it said 35 min wait so I stuck it out explained to the nice lady what I needed to do ? And she said hold on she’s transfer me ..... and .. yep
Called universal today . 2 min hold .. straightened out hotel res..
