Just thought I'd follow up & let you know how we made out. Thanks for yr suggestions. We found a nice house around the corner (sort of) from Champions Gate...and the development is NOT zoned for short term rental. My DH is a bit nervous juggling 2 mortgages, but its only for 2-3 yrs and then we can leave the snow and cold behind and move down to Florida permanently. (If I could I'd be living on Main Street helping Mickey & the Gang get the park ready each morning for visitors, but my DH had to draw the line somewhere LOL.) Guess I can live with a house thats only 10 mins from WDW.
