Calling out/disney discount !!!

This is very important that I find out soon and I keep getting mixed answers.

Basically my family flies into Orlando tomorro morning to spend a few days with me. I have already made a reaervation at all star with my cast member discount about a month ago and I have to be there at check in to reserve the discounted price. However I am scheduled to work tomorrow 10-18:30 and could not swap or give away the shift my only option is to call out and it would bet first time doing so. Soy question is if I call out of work can I still
Check in with my cast member discount at the 3:00 check in time without being termed or can I wait until 6:00 when I'm supposed to be off work to check in can I even use my discount at all on a day when I call out like for example
At downtown disney??!! Very confused and just want to play or safe. However I do need to check in my family.

Any advice at all would be very appreciated thanks so much!!

You can check in up to ten days before your reservation. So you could swing by today and show your id.

Swing by before your shift and check in. If you are staying with them then you can check in as early as 6am, if not you can go by the day before to show ID.
