Calling home from Port

Help!!!! I would like to call home sometime after I get off the plane or before I board the ship. My question is should I do it at the airport landing at about 10:20am( taking Disney transfer),Before I check in at the port or after I get my KTTW. I am not worried about get ressies for Palo's,spa, or do I have kids to sign up at the kids club. Once I get the KTTW is there a place for me to make a phone call? I know in San Perdo you would almost have to do it before you checked in at the port.Thanks for all your help. 25 hours and counting before I leave for the airport.
