We are heading down for our first stay in a cabin at Ft Wilderness. We will likely be eating dinner out and about, but hope to take advantage of our kitchen for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Does anyone have specific knowledge about how the kitchen is stocked? Stove, fridge, dishwasher? How about pots and pans? Knives? Cutting boards? Cutlery? The more details you remember, the better. Thanks for your help!

Can't speak to FtW. However, we're DVC members who typically stay in the 1 bedroom villas which have fully equipped kitchens.

If you're at all particular about kitchen knives/cutting board, I'd plan to bring those. The knives DVC provides are thin and cheapo, usually only a chef or butcher knife and a utility knife that often looks more like a repurposed steak knife. The cutting boards have been plastic or even glass.

I also pack a couple of plug-in night lights, helpful for nighttime bathroom trips.

Otherwise, FtW probably is similar to DVC in that you can call housekeeping to ask for items you may need. Basic things like large cooking spoons/fork or another saucepan can probably be found and brought to you. A pizza pan may be out of their range, but then again, you never know without asking.

We've been tempted to stay in a FtW cabin and may do that once the cabins become DVC. Have fun!
