I can't seem to stop posting on this thread today.....
Is anyone else questioning their sanity on running this race?? I just noticed the start time change, and I am beginning to get TOT 13K flashbacks. That was a HORRIBLE inaugural race. The hour delay in the start, no corrals so walkers were in front of runners (Please note, I have no problems with walkers, I love walkers, but it is really hard to run when you are behind a group of walkers taking up the entire road. I spent the entire first 2 miles running on the grass and running zigzag like crazy. I totally blew my pace.) Then there was the awful course with the giant mud pits. And the ridiculous price of drinks at the post race party. It was actually one of the worst run events I have ever ran in. But, I have my elevator medal so all is good!!
Anyway, the whole point of that was after the TOT13K, I swore I would never do an inaugural event again. Yet here I am - totally and unbelievably excited about the Princess 1/2. I can't wait!!!!
But I am beginning to get worried - Peak season race, Daylight savings change the morning of the race, and now the start time change. PLEASE get this thing properly organized Disney!
