Calling all January 2011 POP'pers!!!

Wow...there is alot of us going to Pop....I'm really concerned about the crowd levels....but at least it will be with great disers We are leaving Sunday morning...arriving around lunchtime....have dinner plans at Ohana's...and it looks like the weather is gonna be nice...yay to all of us!!!!

There is NO WAY I would attempt cookie sales the week before Disney!! You are a much better woman than I. I am assumming those 100 cases have to be sorted, picked up by the girls AND have all of your DD cookie sales delivered before you leave?

Okay we leave day after tomorrow. We're almost packed, I have a mulitiude of lists for everything I might possibly need or forget. No food in the house. Had to sell our Girl Scout cookies in 5 days, phew! 8 am Wednesday morning.............we'll be in WDW!!!!!

Trying to get the kids motivated to run out for some last minute supplies. They'd rather lie around and watch Zeke and Luther. 5 more days!!! I'm REALLY starting to FREAK!!! Add to the fact that my sister was supposed to close on her house 3 weeks ago (I'm also a part time real estate agent) and the VA hasn't signed the deed, so we don't know WHEN it will close!

Got irritated at hubby last night because I told him I wanted at least an idea of what he wanted to take, laundry done, etc, since it's my last day off before we leave, and he said he's too busy worrying about what he's going to wear to work and the gym (his second job) this week! URGH!!! Looks like he'll be doing laundry Friday night and throwing things in the suitcase AFTER I GET THINGS PACKED AND ORGANIZED!!!

Hey guys. I just posted on the other January thread.

We are also going on Saturday and I'm starting to get NERVOUS!!! We packed and bought our toiletries today and now we need to pack clothes, buy some cheap gloves, ponchos, etc for the kids.

I feel like Im going crazy. I think my goal for today is do the kids laundry and get them packed. Then I'll worry about me and DH on Tuesday. We'll pack what we need and deal without those few things. Easier and less stressful.

Everyone else going insane?!!!

I've given up on trying to get him to pack early. It drives me absolutely crazy!!

DS & I are pretty much packed. This is my last day off before we leave, so I'm just trying to get laundry done, everything packed, the house clean, all of our paperwork and reservations printed and packed and trying not to stress.

I'm so impressed with everyone who packs early. Who knows...maybe I'll get my junk done early...although I doubt it. HA HA! It's just not how I roll...although I wish it was!!! How far in advance does the average dis-er pack? I bet it's earlier than most!!!

I was able to get the three of us into 2 carry-ons, and we'll each have our "personal item" and one small insulated bag for their meds! I was hoping to just check one or two bags, and as long as hubby can keep it light, he should be able to get his stuff in the one big suitcase.

Wow! I'm so impressed with your packing skills!!!! We each have a huge suitcase and there's no way I could consolidate it down to only 2, let alone one big suitcase!

Glad to hear I'm not the only one have issues w/ packing!! I was ment to be packed Sunday, but that didn't happen. Not sure when I'll get it done, possible Sat.? It's freaking my poor DD9 out that we're not packed, she inherited my OCD. Worse case senerio: we'll pack the essentials - pins, lanyards, good walking shoes, autograph book, etc. then I'll throw in a few pairs of jeans and our fleece jackets and I'll just buy a couple of t-shirts at disney and we'll just wash them in the sink at night! Just kidding - I'm sure I'll find time somewhere. But it never hurts to have a back up plan!

That's so cute! I've been playing Epic Mickey as well but luckily my DD hasn't gotten into it yet!! Thanks for the pixie dust and have a great trip!!!

We leave Sat as well. I have panicked over the weather and over the crowds and I finally convinced myself to calm down and just be happy to be going! SO, I feel a little better, but will be happier when I am there!

so sick of this weather..kids have a delayed opening today which means my sons school is canceled. I'm pulling my hair out with all these snow days and holidays. I hate this time of year..they always miss so much school.

hoping for good weather. we had three days of torrential downpour there last year.

I'm glad I'm not the only one not packed. I have sooooo much more stuff to do before we go. Also, the waiting to pack until the night before must be a DH thing. Mine is the same way.
