Good Tuesday morning everyone!!!

A raccoon update:
One was back last night, feasting in the rain. We scared him off and put more replenent on everything, but that doesn't keep this little bugger away. He is back this morning Oh well, just as long as they stay out of my attack!!!!

Kathy - Hi there!!! I still haven't PM'd you yet, I'm sorry I will soon though, I just haven't had time.

Homecoming update - 91 candy bags made!(these are for the cheerleaders from the other park) My niece Haley is making labels for the 30 candy bags we made our football team. My sister is helping me make 42 bombs for our Homecoming sign. Eash boy/girl's name will be in a bomb - it will say in big letters (Tinymite B is the BOMB). I designed & ordered the Homecoming tshirts & I will pick up & deliver them Thursday. Making progress!!!! Still lots to do!!
I did get to watch the tape of Grey's Anatomy last night - I missed it Thuraday because of a meeting. I love that show!

Good Wednesday morning everyone!!

I am the big 35 today (2 smilies for that one) So I am celebrating by staying in my pajamas for longer than normal, and staying home all morning and afternoon. Then tonight we are all going to my mom's for my favorite birthday dinner and cake (of which my mom still puts my Snow White characters on - these have been on my cake since I was a very little girl)

Karen - My head is spinning reading everything you are doing. I wish there was something I could do to help you - it's to bad we live so far apart.
Continued good luck with getting everything done.

Wow!! 35 big ones!!!! You're still a baby!!!

The pics of your other 'party' are hysterical!!!!! I've never even given it a second thought about attracting those little guys when I do the Autumn/Hallowwen displays!!!! Too funny!!! And to think they didn't even take off while you were right there taking pics!!!!

Good Thursday morning everyone!!!

I'm going with Katie and a bus full of 3 & 4 year old to a local Pumpkin Patch today. It's going to be cold and muddy there - I"m not looking forward to it. If I didn't already pay the $18, I think we would pass and I would keep her home. But, we'll bundle up and tough it out

Dinner last night at my mom's was wonderful!!! Between my favorite dinner and my 2 favorite desserts , I came home with a stomachache But it was a good stomachache - so that's okay!!!!

Yippee!! It's Friday, it's Friday!

Only this weekend and then next weekend and then I'm done working at the campground 'cause they close for the season! I'm so ready for that. I'm really burned out from working two jobs! I will miss the extra money but it will be nice to have two or three days off a week!

Good morning everyone and TGIF!!!!!

Tonight is Stephanie's Fun Fair at school, and she is so excited!! I realized when I went to bed last night that I volunteered to bring something for the bake sale, so I'm going to have to do something for that today I'm sure glad I remembered!!!

The pumpkin patch yesterday was terrible !!!! It was so cold, and so muddy, that IMO we just shouldn't have been there I made Katie wear winter boots so she wouldn't ruin her shoes, and I"m so glad I did too. The boots are filthy. I wore some old gym shoes, and those are trashed!!!! It was no fun at all

Oh boy, I don't know if you want to tackle this meal I'll tell you what it is if you all promise not to laugh.

My favorite dinner is Pork Butt Casserole. It sounds gross, I know, but it isn't. My Grandma always made this, and she was Hungarian, so I don't know if it's an etnic dish What I do know, is I love it!!!!

Okay, Sandy, you've got my curiousity up! If it's pork butt casserole what else is in the casserole? I don't think it sounds gross at all because a port butt roast is good! (Okay, yeah, maybe pork butt does sound a little gross once you actually think of the words! But I'm sure the casserole is delicious!

It does sound gross when you think of the words When I told Stephanie what we were having she says to me, "Ewwww......I'm not eating butt!!!!!" I told her it's just like ham, and she ended up loving it

To answer your question the casserole is very easy to make and takes forever to cook.

You slice a ton of potatoes and put it at the bottom of your casserole dish. Then you take your pork butt - slice that, and put it on top of the potatoes. Then you take a ton of Cream of Mushroom soup and pour over all (she may pour some over the potatoes first before she puts the meat on top). Then you cover it with foil and cook the heck out of it until the potatoes are soft (my mom said the meat is already cooked). If she adds any spices, I don't know, because I never made this myself.

Thanks for not thinking it sounds gross - most people I tell this too think it sounds disqusting.

Good Saturday morning

The Fun Fair at Stephanie's school last night was alot of fun. I'm starting to meet alot of mom's, which is really nice. Stephanie's been wanting to go on playdates, but I'm not comfortable sending her somewhere, when I never met the parents. Now that I have met some people, maybe we can start thinking about playdates

Today is going to be very non-eventful. We are just going to hang out at home and relax - I love those type of days!!!

Good Sunday morning everyone!!!

We went out and bought a new toilet yesterday, because the girls toilet (our main bathroom, but I call it the girls since we have our own) kept getting clogged. So, my MIL & FIL are coming over today so my FIL can help Kevin install it.

We a very nice night last night by making a fire with the girls. We had dinner outside again, and I ate way to much. Then I tried playing tag with the girls and I have to say, I'm out of shape. Especially after I've eaten about 5 smores I better start working out again.

Well, I gotta run and make Kate some breakfast - have a good day today!!
