Andy...If I were you , I would see if your DD has any tests that week and maybe surprise everyone (your daughter and wife) for Mother's Day and take them, keep your excursions and onboard account to a minimum and have fun.

If it wasn't for the fact that Angelina asked to have this big Sweet16 birthday party I would be able to do that, but the $$ can only stretch so far. Sometimes it's tough being the oldest son, husband and dad, I try my best to please everyone at all times, but I tend to neglect myself in the process. That's probably why I've been up since 3am this morning, trying to make sure I have all the bases covered.

Terry: We aren't staying at the Radisson. we won't be far away. Although we didn't get our airline tickets yet, I assume we won't be getting into Orlando till Friday evening. Glad you had a ggo time seeing Jeery Seinfield. Thanks for letting us know it was clean humor.

Linda: Just to let you know I am thinking of ya.

Doreen: I get blamed for the storms..........how about thanking me for the beautiful spring day I just sent you?

Bev: Your cruise sounded wonderful. Have to compare to DCL. Or does it compare? Glad your back, o.k when is your next trip planned ?

Diane: Can you believe we are FINALLY getting in the home stretch of things? Are you going to dress up for party?

From what I've seen/read/heard of you over the years, you are a WONDERFUL son, husband, and father. I'm sure it can't be easy to be looking out for your mom and your own family, at the same time. You always do so much for others. I'm really glad you're going on the cruise in May. You certainly deserve it!

So much anticipation for the 2007 cruises this one seems to be taking a back seat. I sure will be happy when the 2007 summer cruises are finally announced. It really warmed up here in Connecticut yesterday so it's got me ready for vacation planning.

I do not see Denise and Jazz's lovely daughters listed on the front page. I do hope they will be coming, they are such lovely girls.

Victoria is looking forward to seeing Sandy and Mary again, and hopefully making new friends on this cruise.

I think I mentioned this here - hard to keep my postings straight: We did cancel our Radisson Friday night ressie and opted to stay in the Disney area that night. I hope we made the right decision!

Yes, I think a LOT of people will be happy once the 2007 cruises are announced. LOL A lot of people with cruises this year are looking at possibly cruising to Europe next year. Not sure if we will or not. :scratch I'm not sure I'd want to spend that much to go to Europe and not go *exactly* where I want to go. I don't think the cost of the cruise itself will be prohibitive, but rather all the extra costs such as the airfare, excursion costs, pre- and post- trip expenses, etc. We're on a waitlist, so only time will tell, but I'm not really counting on this to be next year's vacation.

I am trying to talk my 14 1/2 year old from now to scrap the Sweet 16 bash. She wants to go to Italy but is not willing to give up the party, I told its one or the other, and unfortunately she picked (at this point in time) the other (Sweet 16 party) My husband is an ONLY child so I know that feeling.

I LOVE IT... YOU ARE TOO MUCH...I cruised with a few posters from this thread on the 8/28/04 cruise and originally booked this cruise BUT I am no longer cruising here and I still post here, GO FIGURE. I can't cut the ties from my Hurricane Frances buddies and a few others along the way.

Hi RobinMarie, we are still here! We mostly lurk though. We are listed on the first page with one DD. Heather (17) will be on this cruise with us. Unfortunately our other DD Amy (22) will have just graduated from college and will hopefully be working full time. In your list of posts it looks like Heather did post once (HeathyChanJellicle) previously.

We will be at BWV for a week before the cruise and then stay the night before the cruise at the Radisson.

Sorry we haven't been more active on the thread, but look forward to meeting everyone on the cruise.

We are waitlisted for the possible Med cruise, but doubt we will be able to afford to go. Plus, Heather will be starting college in late August, during the Repo home. The timing on that is bad, unfortunately.

How fabulous we have girls the same ages and we are so close! Caitlin, Victoria, Mary and Sandy should all exchange messages since they will be the same age. Victoria is so excited. She tells her grandparents all about her activities with her cruise friends.

Tina: I have costumes for the kids but I think I might "sort of" dress up. I have a black peasant skirt & with a ruffled blouse that I could pass off as a pirate wench eh? Don't know if my DH will go for it or not. What is the consensus here? Are most people dressing up?

Andy: Mad at you? naaaah! Jealous that your cruise is so much closer? aaaaah yep!

Terry: We are arriving from Boston at about 10:30am so I guess we should be at the Radisson around noon time. We will be spending the following week at BCV. Probably mentioned that already but like I said...I can't keep track!

Andy,sorry you won't be joining us,but have fun on your upcoming cruise.
Terry,maybe we can hook up the next time you are visiting the "Jersey Shore"

So far I've got my flights booked,the rental car, hotel before the cruise,we are traveling with two other families and will be staying at the Doubletree in Cocoa Beach,Thursday and Friday. the REAS package, and the Hard Rock for 3 days after the cruise. Just waiting to see what excursions to do.

Are there any plan for a meet on Friday night for those of us who aren't at the Radisson? or are we just waiting to we get on board????

I don't think I'm wearing a costume for pirate night,but definitely some pirate attire.

Diane: I think some people are dressing up a little in some way or another. They do give you a bandanna a dinner. Skirt and ruffled blouse sounds good to me, that's kinda what I was looking at getting. Nothing really over the top.
