My birthday is October 12, 1969 and we are going August 10-25!
Can't wait!

Hi Angela!!
Hey, i was reading through the treads, looks like yall are booked up...... maybe i could meet yall that night at jellyrolls...
Thanks!
Christine
Feb. 18, 1969 for me. That means just 16 more days!!!
I know I won't be traveling there on my birthday, since I'm too lazy to drive the 34.7 miles. Plus it's a work day. Plus I'm too old for Disney. Plus, umm...
We are very similar.I am writing in for DH who turns 40 this year. His birthday is 10-5-69 and mine is 10-16-71 so although I do not qualify per say we are planning on going some time in that window.
Happy Birthday to those of you turning 40 this year!![]()
We will not be bringing the boys (17 and 14)![]()
I can't believe I found this thread! I'll be celebrating the big 4-0 in mid-May along with our 5th anniversary and are seriously considering WDW for a long weekend. My husband finds out on Monday if he can get the time off.
If so, I'm pretty set on Port Orleans, I just haven't decided between Riverside or the French Quarter...any suggestions?
We don't have kids so I'm sure people will think we're nuts for picking WDW, but we only have three days so this sounds like a great option. Plenty to do even if the weather isn't that great and we'll be nice and tired by the time the last day rolls around.
Happy Birthday Everyone!!
Hi everyone -
I have noticed that a lot of people are going to Disney this year to celebrate their 40th birthday - either they turned 40 last year and are going belatedly (like me) or they will be turning 40 this year.
So this thread is a roll call for all us born in 1968 or 1969. Sign in and say "Hi".
If you will be celebrating your 40th at Disney (either Disneyland or Walt Disney World), let us know! Maybe you can meet other DISers during your trip!!
I'll start -
Birth date: May 13, 1968 (celebrating my 40th birthday a year late)
Visiting: WDW - May 12th - May 19th!
ETA -
I would like to extend a hearty "Welcome to Club 40" to all who post here!
Whether you are celebrating your 40th birthday at Disney or not, I hope that your special day will be filled with Magic and!!!
Happy Early Birthday Everyone!!!

Ok, so I will be there on my birthday for sure. After all, how can I pass up that $75 gift card? Unfortunately, I'll also be spending part of my 40th visiting the doctor for the first time in 4-5 years (because I finally have insurance for the first time in 4-5 years).
"Happy Birthday!" <hears the snap of a rubber glove> "This might be a little uncomfortable..."
WORST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER!![]()
