Called sec.time-Got Free Dining

Wow, what a morning......called this a.m. (on hold for over an hour and a half)talked to a very nice CM , was told Oct. 23-28 WAS a black out for free dining, oh well, I said, posted here and was told by some awesome Disers, that according to the website, free dining WAS available for those dates,,,,

So I call back, get another CM, who also was very nice, who states there was a lot of confusion about the Oct FD dates, but all was resolved now....,my dates are free, saved me 230.00 dollars......he did say there were practically no FD dates left for my time frame at POP,,,,,,

Oh and my hold time was only 10 minutes for the second call.

A long confusing process but a successful one!

I had the same issue this morning. I called and actually changed my dates to 2-9, then after I double checked the wdw website and confirmed that indeed the 23-30 was not blacked out, I called back AGAIN and changed my dates. We were originally booked to arrive the 15 of October, but were flexible with dates. I am not a huge fan of the DDP, but free is better than paying OOP when we get there.

So glad to hear that you got FD..... too bad it wasn't done right the first time for you so you wouldn't have to waste your day trying to figure out other dates.

The same thing happend to me! You are not alone my friend haha! Its all good now though!
