Called MS - Random Survey

I just called MS, and I was told by an automated voice that I was selected for a random survey. Does this happen often? I took the survey. I was told to stay on the line, once I had completed my discussion with MS.

It took about 3 minutes, and the questions were realted to hold time, current MS CM knowledge and friendliness, and future booking opportunities.

The last question was related to how do I want to book my future vacations:

1. Phone
2. Fax
3. Email
4. Internet

Internet is currently not available, right? I would like that just to check availibility.

With all the phone calls they are getting with more members everyday, it shouldn't be long where they have internet reservations. I was asked the question myself when I called, I answered phone. I would think they might try both ways. People are calling one day at a time more and more that fact alone with more members, something is going to give soon in this area.

Me too! Got this random survey after I called about reservations last week. I voted for Internet... just to be able to check. I would hate for people to lose their jobs because we all want to be able to check availability on the Internet--we'll see what happens.

We booked our reservations via the internet for the trip we just completed last week. I was able to enter special requests as well, all of which were met when we checked in.

This only works for DVC resorts, as far as I know. I looked but you can't do it for concierge or II reservation requests.
