Call to sign up for DME, don't use form online

Just thought I'd give anyone a head's up for DME sign-up. I submitted my info via the online sign up twice in the past three weeks. Never received any info. I called today and the woman I spoke to said they've been having issues with the online form, so she advises people call to sign up to avoid frustration and to get materials. FYI

I've used the form and gotten an immediate email response confirming the reservation. If you dont get it within 24 hours, then call or resubmit it. I already received my tags and vouchers after 1 week and we are 160 days away from leaving.
