California Screamin Question

When we were there in June, I know California Screamin didn't open until 1pm because of the construction for Toy Story Mania, does anyone know if this is still going on? Just curious. Or does California Screamin open at park opening? Thanks.

We were there in October and as I recall, Screamin' was up and running regular park hours.

We had the same experience in November. I'd say you could plan for regular park opening on Screamin'.
