California Grill appetizers

We are going to be on the deluxe dining plan next time we're in Disney World, and we're hoping to eat at California Grill. There are going to be 4 of us eating: two adults and two children. I figure I will end up ordering a steak and that the entree, plus dessert, will more than do for my usual appetite. So I have two parts to my question:

1) Can I order from the pizza section of the menu for an appetizer on the plan?
2) Is one of these pizzas large enough to feed an average child, somewhere between 5 and 8? We would pay out of pocket if the kid has room for, and desires, dessert after finishing (our kids want to try the dessert sushi).

For reference on flatbread pizzas and my kids: Last December, we split two flatbreads and two desserts between the four of us at Pinocchio Village Haus, and no one was hungry afterwards.

When I go to CG now we order 2 Flatbreads and 1 Sushi for us to share as our entire meal. Each time we end up taking almost an entire Flatbread home with us. I think it will be more than enough for a child to be full.

I can’t speak to 1, but it’s a definite yes on 2. A CG flatbread is plenty ... both my 13 year old son and I often order flatbreads as our “meal” ... though I usually can’t resist dessert whether I have room for it or not.
