cakes and fillings

could somebody help me with wedding cakes please on the list of options i have are pound,yellow,marble and another (that i can't remember off the top of my head)can someone help explain what they are
we are planning a disney wedding in 2007 i'm a little early in my planning a know but i already have a list of all the extras they send you when you book

OK pound is a little like a rich Madeira Cake sponge, yellow is like a light victoria sponge, marble is a mixture of the yellow and the other one that you're trying to remember is the chocolate - which speaks for itself - oh and another option was an Ameretto flavour sponge.

Ive booked my site visit for September 17th, i booked it about 5 weeks ago now and they said they would send me the planning kit and dvd that they advertise on the website - but i still have not received this. Can any other UK brides tell me how long it too them to receive these?
