Cake Pricing Sheet

Has anyone gotten the Mickey cake and would like to post a picture?

One more questions, we have two families - 3 girls - that have b-days about 1 month apart. I was going to order a cake (since the cruise is their party this year) but need to know when they bring it to the table. We are a late seating and the kids are going to do the "quick meal" and go back to the club to play. Do you think we could request the cake to come at the end of their meal and not the adults?

TIA.

I do not have pictures, but you can oreder 1 cake and have all of the girls names put on it or you can order 3 seperate ones and have them delivered different nights. Now that they are charging, you can do whatever you want to do.

When you order the cake, you give the order to your HS. Just note that you want it brought out early at the end of the kids meal. They will do that. Then the night the cake is to be delivered, remind your server you want it before the girls go back to the club, so prior to adult dessert. They will do that for sure!! The only difference is you may have "less crew" singing "happy birthday" because some will be in the middle of service for their tables.

Many people celebrate birthdays even if the birthdays are months away. So this is fine. Actually I feel this is the reason DCL has done away with the 'free' cakes. There are sooooo many people doing that. I have seen people celebrate birthdays or an anniversary that is not for 2 months or longer. Now we have been blessed I guess.... All of our cruises with the exception of 1, our "ACTUAL" birthdays have been on the ship as well as our 10th wedding anniversary. Our ACTUAL anniversary fell on a sea day and just by chnace our ACTUAL anniversary was the day we renewed our vows on the ship!! I think it is so special to actually get the cards and celebration on your actual birthday/anniversary.... The ship will do whatever you request though....:wizard:

We will be celebrating both of my kids' actual birthdays on the ship (plus mine is 7 days prior to sailing :goodvibes ) I would want to buy only one cake but their birthdays are just one day apart and I would hate to choose one of their birthdays over the other for the cake. I think I'll do the birthday package in the room for the day we set sail and then just have the free dessert with singing for each of them on their actual day. This cruise is a surprise and I sure hope to keep it that way!!!!

I'm so excited to be able to spend our daughter's 8th birthday with her on our cruise! I didn't even think about ordering a cake... Hmmm...

I seen in another thread that someone said they were charging for birthday cakes now on the cruise. They had a pricing sheet which I asked if they could post, but have not seen it. Does anyone else have the cake pricing sheet? :goodvibes
They give you a free piece of dessert - just add a note to your account or tell your waiter. But you can also order celebration cakes - a whole cake, decorated etc, for your group at a cost. Starting at $25 for a small one. It's up to you and your party, but usually the birthday person is happy with their free dessert and everyone gets some yummy dessert every night anyway! I guess I would recommend it more if you are having a party in your room, etc.
