Where is the seating though? Did they create a new section or is it the same section as RBT?
Has anyone posted a chart of where the current viewing locations are? I have not seen F! since they started using FP and want to see it in October.RBT is going to be closed for refurbishment for a couple of months, so I think it is a pretty save assumption that it would be that section. The question is whether it will go back to RBT, and end at Café Orleans, once it has been re-opened- I'm guessing probably, but I would sure like it to stay at Café Orleans!

Just a heads up for those of you trying to book online... I have yet to see any available times for booking on any of the dates listed online.
When I called at 8:30am PST, I got through in 10-15 minutes and the cast member gave me a few times throughout the day for 9/9. (though the 4-6pm times weren't available) Weird that the phone operators have several options, but online is nothing... not even 11:30am.
I posted in the other thread this info, but just so you know, I was warned that come Sept/Oct when F! is only on weekends, Orleans will be standing only. According to her, the only people allowed to sit are the premium BB $90 per person package.
I know, right? I need to resurrect the black hole thread with some updated info. Like this Orleans stuff and the fact that I'm pretty sure there will only be one parade going the whole week (really the whole month after Aug 21-Sept 20 until the mickey Halloween party parade starts)I saw your post there too... So crazy. Black Hole week is the gift that keeps giving. I'll be dropping by BB package for Saturday and Sunday now that I have the Café Orleans one. DM me if you're interested (2nd showing Saturday, 1st Showing Sunday)
This is really ridiculous! The normal Blue Bayou package is pricey enough -- and they can't even sit?! Wow... I don't even know what to say anymore.I posted in the other thread this info, but just so you know, I was warned that come Sept/Oct when F! is only on weekends, Orleans will be standing only. I was able to book over the phone... online wouldn't let me. I spoke to an awesome cast member and he read the menu to me. This is what I was able to scribble down quickly:
Starters-
1) Pommes Fries (it was hard not to exclaim: "YES!")
2) Cup of gumbo
3) Starter Salad (I'm assuming the La Salade de Maison)
Entrees-
1) Blackened Fish
2) Bourbon Street Chicken
3) Lobster Cobb Salad
4) Steak and Potatoes
5) Both Monte Cristo options
Dessert-
1) Beignets
2) Coconut Cake
3) Maleficent Dessert
I think you're right -- unless the area runs out of space and people have to stand to accommodate others. But I will say, as long as the first people into the section sit and set the "example" I think everyone will sit. I don't think the CMs will go around yelling for everyone to stand?
To others here, am I understanding people are standing in the dining sections on the water and not sitting???In the dining thread, here: https://www.disboards.com/threads/f...scussion-thread.3617335/page-15#post-58016240

Exactly. If the show is sooooo popular, then they should show it more days, not devalue the dinner that they were offering for the exact same price a few weeks earlier. No, up to now all dining sections are seated. With the upcoming change to weekend-only performances, there have been reports that some dining areas may turn into standing sections to accommodate more people.
I hope all dining sections remain seated areas. If they end up turning them into standing areas, I won't bother with them anymore. Why pay a premium if you're going to be made to stand while also having more people squeezed in around you?
