Cabin question? Layout of WC accessible cabins

I can't seem to find this info on the internet. We stayed at a cabin last year. We may book one again for this fall.

What is the floorplan for the accessible cabins? My son uses a WC part time. (Are these accessible cabins hard to book? I would not want to take one from another family that needs it more.) However, the regular cabin layout was not ideal for us. Does the accessible cabin not have the bunk beds?

Thanks all!

Are there accessible cabins?

Yes. When you make your cabin reservation, make sure Fort Wilderness knows you want a fully accessible cabin with roll-in shower. The cabin is 18 inches wider than the standard cabins and the hallway is wide enough for even an adult size wheelchair The picnic table is also accessible. The double bed in the bedroom is noticeably lower to the floor, and the bedroom still has the standard bunk beds. The bathroom has a roll-in shower, plenty of grab bars, an accessible sink, and cupboards behind the door.

i should have looked on allears! Did not come up in my search. OK, thanks so much, don't think that will work for us either. Might get a 1BR at WLV and visit the Fort instead.

Thanks!!!
