Cab fare in Dover?

I tried searching but couldn't find an answer so please forgive me if my search abilities were just seriously lacking.

We were wondering how much to expect cab fare to be from a local Dover hotel / guest house to the Port in Dover. We are a family of four with luggage

Very cheap, depends how local some are in town like the premier inn some up on the hill like the ramada. Standard size taxi circa £10, for four people on the longest journey. You can pre book if you wish.
There are lots of transport details on my trip report link below from Dover and to Dover, with photos maps and videos, if collecting at the port pre book it, if going from any hotel they may have a shuttle like the ramanda, but no need to pre book.
