CAA members - help please

We've booked our upcoming trip to Disney through CAA. I went on Disneyworld.com to test out online check-in (I know we can't use it yet, just curious what it looks like) yet when we entered a confirmation number and phone, we got an error message. So I was wondering, for those who have booked through CAA, were you able to check your reservation and what not on disneyworld.com? If so, which number on the invoice is the confirmation number???? We have our invoice but there are multiple numbers... and I'm not sure which is THE confirmation #. Could I have an example of what one may look like? Thanks so much for your help :)
 
I booked though CAA last year and I was not able to retreive my reservation info online. I believe you can call Disney directly and get any reservation info you need, if you don't want to go contact your CAA agent again. A reservation number is like 1AA23456
 
I also couldn't get my info online last year. But I would like to know the answer to this if online checkin is an option...I would rather checkin online than stand in a two hour line-up when I arrive on Day 1 of free dining in August! :scared1:
 
I would suggest just calling Disney to confirm the reservation. If they have trouble finding the reservation from that end then you might want to contact CAA again.

I'm sure it will be alright though. No need to panic.;)
 

Since CAA booked the trip for you, they used their phone number. So when you go into check your reservation on the disney.com website with your reservation number, you don't have the phone number that they booked it under. This is why you get the error message. The trip isn't booked under your phone number. The way it was explained to me when I used them is that they own the reservation until they turn all the paper work over to you. I was never able to check my reservation either. Hope this helps.

Ohh that makes sense. So do you think online check-in will be a no go for CAA clients?
 
When you use any TA you are not able to either call Disney directly or find your ressie online. The confirmation that you get from a TA is different than what you would get if you book with Disney yourself.

To the best of my knowledge the online check in is not available at all resorts yet.

Online check-in wasn't available when I went the last time, so I don't know if it is available to CAA clients. You'll have to check with your CAA TA.
 
I made a reservation at CAA for February and was able to use online check in. Looking at your itinerary/invoice....in the body of it there will be a section that describes your disney package, in that area there should be a confirmation number....that is the Disney confirmation number. It will probably start with a 5 or a 7 and may or may not have letters in it depending on when it was booked.

You will not be able to call Disney and get any information.....pulling up the reservation through Disneys website will not usually work because it wasn't booked with Disney online direct.
