That's awesome! If you don't mind me asking, why did you decide to repeat w7?
I got through days 1 and 2 last week, but then went on a guys golf trip to Myrtle Beach. Lots of golf (and lots of beverages) later, I was in no shape to run. Had to start over this week.

I actually cut my times this week. I had some issues and it was very freeing knowing I only had to run 25 min if I wanted to. LOL. I am glad I did graduate though. That last 5 min was killing me and I am still quite a bit overweight. I still had good times and great weight loss with the decrease so I am going with whatever I feel and will gradually work on my distance after my vacation. I am just so impressed with the program and the results everyone has.
You are a pro if you're on your second week! Nice job jenn. Hope you're daughter is feeling better, and you're able to get out.
I'm only a LOT terrified.
)! So many new people.
I think I might have been able to do it, but oh well. W6D1 completed - again.
I cant beleive I went that far though. How exciting.
I still have my bladder infection and now I have a sore throat/sinus thing going on.
I was sucking wind and my legs were revolting. I feel like I'm back at square one.
I've been doing an Advil/Aleve rotation like I do at WDW to keep my PF away. It is working for the C25K so far. Various parts are a little sore but I can keep on with no problem and no PF problems which is a BIG plus in my book.
I did w5d1 today. It went pretty well. Which is good because some form of insanity caused me to register for the 2011 Disney Half-Marathon. I'd better get thru this C25K program quickly!

3) Don't be afraid to get help because you are overweight. You deserve to be able to walk without pain. I wear really good shoes now because walking without pain is priceless.
