Nope, just a software/database change. They're just changing over from vBulletin to a different (supposedly more modern) forum provider. To do so, the boards will be down for most of tomorrow to transfer all the data. They should be back up either tomorrow night or Monday morning if everything goes smoothly. Everything I've heard suggests the new software is going to be great!
