BWV to Pioneer Hall

Dining informed me today that it is possible to take a taxi from BWV right to the entrance of Pioneer Hall. I thought you had to take an internal bus. HDD is booked all week except the day we transfer from POR to BWV & there's little time to get there.

Can someone confirm this? TIA

You CAN NOT take a taxi directly to Pioneer Hall. You can take it to the Outpost area at FW then take any internal bus(orange, yellow or purple) to the settlement stop and take a very short walk to Pioneer Hall. It is possible, I guess, that a securtiy gaurd might allow a taxi to go all the way in but you will still have to get back to Outpost to get back to your resort. Traffic in the campground is restricted and there is no place to park once you are past the Outpost area (except at your site or 15min parking at Meadows trading post).

I thought so...any idea how long it would take the 6 of us if we did take the taxi to the outpost then the bus?

From the Outpost it should take between 5 and 15 min, depending on how long you wait for a bus, which one gets there first and how many stops it needs to make on the way. Orange generally has the fewest stops, but the driver will ask when you get on what stop you want, if the bus is fairly empty and the driver can remeber what stops are needed he won't stop at empty stops on the way that people don't need to exit at. You may want to consider a bus to MK then the WL/FW boat to FW, Pioneer Hall is just past the end of the dock and the boat ride is nice. The boat ride is about 15/20 min.

Thank you. We did the bus/boat last time. I was trying to find a quicker way. Oh well. I'm going to keep calling for a cancellation on another day. I can't see how we will make the 5:00 show.
