BWV Lake View

I have a 2BR pool/garden villa reserved at BWV. I called member services to request canal view and was told the only option was lake view. I took that but wouldn't the lake view be Boardwalk view which they told me wasn't available?

the lake view might be a BW view - it could also be the courtyard view which I think is pool/garden.

I had a preferred view and it ended up being the canal. Maybe you could put your request in for a specific room # that faces the canal? I can't remember what ours was but remember it was pretty much the farthest room from the elevator.

I think they are confused. Pool/garden would be main pool, quiet pool or canal by the Swan. There are no 2 bedrooms in the Village Green area, which is a partial boardwalk/lake view.
