BWV Boardwalk view

Looks like all the Boardwalk view rooms are unavailable the last half of Sept. ‘23 and have been since before they should have been available to book. Anyone know why this might be the case?

Speculation is that there will be exterior rehab going on during that time. Might also be the full rehab of the villas that is due next year.
