BWV,BC, SSR or OKW? Need info please??

I am wanting to rent points for possibly two bedroom at one BWV, VC, SSR or OKW. Have a few questions

1) Is it too late for the first week in December for two bedroom at these places?

2) I like the fact that some of these are walking distances to some of the parks and DTD. Which do you find to be the best?

3) Which ones have more counter services offers? I understand BWV doesn't have very many.

Anything else you can tell me would be great.

I would you should have a shot at SSR or OKW

I loved BWV and the EASY walk to EPCOT and MGM. SSR is an easy walk to DTD, I have not stayed at OKW yet and not sure what VC refers. I would love to be at the BWV or BCV anytime they would be my #1.

All the resorts have their own appeal and I don't think I would be disappointed with any of them but the Boradwalk/EPCOT area is awesome, I might have to get some point there OKW has the largest rooms and lowest points per night in general. SSR is a real nice "resort" and if you don't do the parks that much I think this is one nice place. The SPA area is great and the pool is real nice with a zero depth for the kids. SSR is a nice relaxing place with an easy walk to DTD. Everyone has their own favorite and it depends on what is important to you.

OKW and AKV have the lowest points. (value view at AKV)

BWV standard view is pretty low too (but hard to get)

AKV is the newest and in a lot of ways the best so far. It's interior is far better than AKL - it is just lovely.

BWV is nice - but hard to get. just like BCV - also hard to get. So you might get lucky but don't be too upset if you don't get them.

OKW has the biggest rooms. Disney and my first DVC resort. Lots and lots of memories are here. Will always love it.

SSR is very upscale - like AKV but not. AKV feels africia. SSR feels different.

VWL is the closest (so far) to MK. It is very lovely. feels like one of the national parks mountain lodges.

OKW and SSR have the most villas - so therefore you have a chance at one of them. but don't count on it. You are going at a very Popular time for DVC members. Plus that is also the time of the filming for the Christmas show.

the best time to get Dec is 11 months before hand.

Maybe next year the CR - BLT = will be up and taking reservations!!!
