BWV 1BR Preferred View???

I am renting points from a friend. Our ressie is for a preferred view 1BR at BWV. Can anyone tell me the location of this or what our view will be? Any help would be great!

Preferred View is view of the boardwalk, pools, water or garden. You will have a view of one of the above. Standard view is the parking lot.

While technically the Boardwalk view is a preferred view, a year or so ago it was taken out of that reservation category and made a category of its own. So if you have a preferred view, you won't have a room that is classified as a Boardwalk view.

Learn where the stairs are. If you are able to use them it can save a lot of time and effort getting to places ranging from the pools to the Boardwalk.

If you are taking the boat back from MGM, get off at the Swan/Dolphin and walk across the bridge to the Boardwalk. You will be back at the Boardwalk before the boat gets to it's next stop, the BC (then it is on to the Boardwalk).

If you just miss a MGM boat at the Boardwalk, you can easily walk over to the Swan/Dolphin dock in time to catch it. However if it is busy, I wouldn't count on getting a seat if boarding there.

DH is a big fan of the goodies at the Boardwalk Bakery.

Just a friendly FYI......
We had a PV room in 2003 of the valet parking lot primarily. This same room also had a view of the canal and TOT off to the right---you had to be out on the balcony and looking 90 degrees to the right to actually see TOT. From the room, all you could see was the parking lot and service area driveway. It might be to your advantage to request "pool view"....I thought those were very nice views.
