We are headed to the BWI next month and have reserved a GS. We are a family of four( two boys) and choose this resort for it's location and this room type. We like separation from the kids and they will have their own half bath without paying for two rooms. I would like to hear from anyone who has stayed in this room type with two kids.

Thanks

We loved the Garden Suite. It is beautiful. I had it for the day of my wedding and a few days after. There was soooo much room, a great soaking tub and so peceful. I should warn you though there is no privacy as it is all open loft style. The large King bed and master bath is on the second floor with a balcont that overlooks the ground floor where the sofa and second 1/2 bath and wet bar area is. I have heard they may have redone them though.

You would have more room and complete Mom&Dad privacy with a one-bedroom Boardwalk Villa. You can completely close off the king bedroom. You also have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The one-bedroom villa also two bathroom areas, one with shower, toilet and sink. The other with sink, vanity and jacuzzi tub. If you want club level services, however, you should stay with what you have.

I agree

They do have another floor plan that has the master bedroom closed & can't see down on living room. I was shown two garden suites one with layout one (with bedroom overlooking living room like the one in picture) & layout two with the bedroom closed off. We booked the one with the loft like layout 1. Nice pictures !

Sorry I don't have any kids going but was going to book at package for Dec taking DS & DIL & was told firmly no they didn't want to share which was great with me as well. It would have been too many people in there. And sharing the one whole bathroom. Funny how grown kids can be but I think in our case it was better to get two seperate rooms for us. Couldn't swing two garden suite as we are paying for both ours & theirs. So we are staying at the Yacht Club on club level for 6 nights. Could have done a two bedroom suite at BWI but the price was nearly $9500 for only 5 nights not including air. So we decided on the Yacht Club. Like the BWI but they wanted the Yacht Club.
