Where is Broadwalk to Go located?

and where do you buy refillable mugs at the BWV?

BW to go is just in front of Spoodles. Mugs are purchased at the BW Bakery. I don't think you can refill them at BW to Go, however, but you can refill them at Spoodles Pizza window. (I think BW to Go is a contracted-out vendor.) Perhaps someone else will post their experience.
