Buying WDW banners (used in parks)

DH is a Disney World Nut (And I mean that in a good way). Whenever we are in the parks he comments on the banners they have on the poles, in the parking lots etc. DS who is a special needs child also loves to look at all the signs and banners and loves the ones that have lights in them. I have seen some for sale on Ebay and one or two on the Disney auctions page. I never , ever win....they seem to go for $300 and up. Does anyone else know where I can find these being sold. I would pay $200 or maybe more but I hate the bidding wars....Has anyone else found another place where these are sold. I would love to see DS face on Christmas morning if I could find one. Thanks in advance.

LOL, we have been trying for years. We even know several CM who have been unsuccessful at obtaining for us.

they pop up every once in a while on the disney auctions site. there's always a bunch whenever a new program ends (ie: 100 years of magic stuff when magical gatherings is starting).
