Buying specific item from the China pavilion?

I wanted to buy something very specific from the China gift shop for my girlfriend's birthday, that I meant to buy last time we were there but didn't get the chance to go back to Epcot before we had to leave.

I've called and it seems Disney does have merchandise services, but the China pavilion is separately owned, so you need to call them directly.

They gave me a phone number direct to the China pavilion including an extension for the merchandise department but nobody's picked up and it says that the mailbox is full. I've tried various times through the day but have not gotten an answer.

Do I have any other options for something like this??

You might find a personal shopper in the area that would buy the item and ship it to you (with a mark-up of course.) Also keep trying the store, seems like someone would clear the voicemail at some point.

Ill keep trying, am just hoping that it's a number they actually use or check.
