Buying Resales

I am considering adding more points to my current Saratoga Springs contract and came across a website at www.**********.com Does anyone know anything about this company? I've heard of the Timeshare Store but the other website has an offer which is more appealing. Any past experience or knowledge with either of these companies would be greatly appreciated.

My BIL/SIL purchased a 150 point OKW contract from Jaki and **** in January 07. The contract had all 05 points banked. all 06 points and all 07 points coming (Dec UY). They got a good price on the contract and were very pleased with the service they received from ****. While I have no experience directly with them, my BIL/SIL said they wiould purchase from them again. Good luck!

If you are a member, don't forget that DVC does not charge closing costs ($300+) and also offers the member add on special through the next few weeks (points and cach incentives).

I bought my resale through Jaki...she was excellent.

I would not hesitate to recommend her or The Timeshare Store to anyone seeking a DVC resale.

Very professional company to deal with. Both Jaki and **** are very knowledgeable and have been selling DVC for years. I bought 2 resales through them. Great communication and smooth transactions. I would recommend them highly.

we bought our BWV resale contract from Jaki a couple of years ago...she very professional and very attentive to our needs. i wouldn't hesitate to use her as a broker.

I don't think Jaki and **** work there any longer. I received an email from them to that effect with a new website....I'll try to find it. Anyone else have it? Good people too just like the TSS people.

Jaki and **** found us our first contract. Although it isn't officially closed yet. (We have passed ROFR). Both of them have been very pleasant to work with and will definitely not hesitate to use them again for any add ons that might or might not take place.
