There are small contracts available for sale on tug for both BW and BCV (4 of these). The BCV are priced at 75 per point but at that price they will get ROFR'd for sure. Thought i would pass this along.

Perhaps you are thinking of redweek.com I have been on there, but generally did not find it as good as TUG, but that is just my opinion.
