Buying in to DVC resale

Hi,
I am very interested in buying resale into DVC The Timeshare store
has a price for a particular resort and 150 pts for 11,500 is that the
final price or are there addons and if so what are they (maintnance fees?
etc.?and what to they typically cost ?

It's all negotiable.

Most deals stipulate that the buyer must pay closing costs (should be no more than $500) and maintenance fees on any points currently available. You may be able to negotiate these terms differently, but then there's a high chance DVC will buy back the contract via its Right of First Refusal.
