Buying FOTL access

Can you purchase FOTL access when you enter the park and if you can how much is it? I know at Six Flags, you can buy a little triangle thing (like at restaurants) that buzzes when you can ride. Does Universal have anything like that, that you can purchase on a daily basis?

They sell express ticket booklets which are good for one voucher per ride/attraction

If you stay onsite, it's included in your stay. Not sure if you knew that.

I knew that if you stayed onsite it was included in your stay, but I was just wondering if they offered away for you to buy FOTL, just in case I can't afford to stay onsite.

The need really depends on when you are going and your willingness to get up early. I have gone to USF for years without FOTL but once you have it it's addictive.
