Buying direct add-on online

Hello!
Still haven’t pulled the trigger yet.
As an international i have a question.

If i start with a resale contract first.
then, when everything is Done, and I have my account and so on.
can I then add-on online paying with a credit card and get my points asap or Do I have to sign something on property at a dvc Office?

i thought i would get my feet wet with a resale-contract, and then add on with a small contract direct and have the points to use for the next trip.

can I Do that or Do I have to buy in Florida?

You need to call and speak with your guide (aka sales person) to do a direct add-on.

Depends on your local laws. In some places, guides in Florida can't even talk to you on the phone. Call them and ask.
