Buying an Annual Pass?

I am ready to buy our annual passes and have a few questions still.

If I purchase online-will I be able to receive my member # so I can log into the Pass Member website or will I not receive our #'s until the first time we use the pass in the parks?

Does the 1 year start from the day I purchase or the first time we use them?

Do any discount ticket vendors like Undercover Tourist offer Universal annual passes or can they only be purchased through Universal directly? any cash back opportunities or gift card deals?

I've had an ap since 2011 and have been able to log into that site maybe twice. There is nothing on it that matters.

The year starts when you use it.

I know of no one other than UO that sells them. (Unlike the USH AP I bought from costco yesterday for cheaper than a one day ticket to be used this Saturday)

I am also a Costco member and have seen the APs to USH-that's a great deal-I wish they would offer something for the Florida parks!
