Buying a 3day hopper pass?

I need to buy (2) 3day hopper passess. Can anyone tell me, I see they have cheaper tickets on different web sights, but I was thinking I wanted my room key and my pass to be all in one. Do I buy the pass at the front desk when I get my key or can I buy the pass on the web, than have it put onto my room keys?

As far as I know, the only tickets you can put on your room key are those purchased through Disney.
