Buy a Wii Now or Wait?

we bought our wii last january and we love it! very fun for the whole family. since I could never find it on sale, what I did was sign up for a target card that day and got 10% off. we got the wii, an extra remote/nunchuck (along with wii play), and wii fit. wii sports resort is a ton of fun, too, if you are looking for another game.

My boyfriend (who is a nerd, I love him because of it!) is convinced that they must have a price drop soon and has actually gotten a little fiesty about it. He refuses to buy one until they do. Something about it's the only gaming system that's actually made money since it's release, so it's riduclous to charge what they are for it. Even .... some other gaming console I can't remember .... dropped it's price after X amount of years... He goes on a rant about it.
