"But Mom, I want to come back to WDW!"

Wow! I'm only on day 2 but am loving your review! I'll have to continue tomorrow though because my eyes are starting to burn and I'm tired.

What amazing pictures too! I can only hope that I come home with nice ones like yours. BTW: I just LOVE the picture of the duck! Just priceless.

Great job! :woohoo:

P.S. Nice to see JoJo gave in to the t-shirts. ;)

well at the first of the week we had lots of snow but now we have a little around where the plows left the snow banks.was hoop-dee-doo revue as fun as it looked and was it hard to find the place as on our next trip in sept we are thinking of going.

By this time, she had aroused the curiosity of a few men sitting at the bar who began to laugh out loud. Suddenly I felt embarrassed for her, turned around to face them, ready to give them the evil eye

Ok, These guys defiantly weren’t hunters or they would have know better to mess with a Mama Bear’s cubs.

I’m pretty sure anyone who was watching us or heard us talking, including the four men at the bar, wondered where the heck we were from.

Man these guys just keep pressing their luck.

We must be from the same place, because I have never seen beer in a plastic bottle either

This was the first time we’ve ever had cornbread and to be honest, we weren’t that fussy on it. It was like eating cake for dinner and I would have preferred a regular loaf of bread.

Wow, I love Cornbread, especially for breakfast with lots of melted butter and then a good maple syrup poured over it.

Give me a moment here………uh that was good

It didn’t really matter though because there was so much food.

Yeah, my kind of place

I think we will have to add this to our next trip,

When we left at 9:10, it was pouring outside. I’m talking about the drenching kind of rain and strong winds…. Can you believe that not one of us had brought our ponchos

I have so been there done this, there is nothing more invigorating as a ride on an air conditioned bus when you are soaked to the skin.

headed to our room, dried off and regrouped. That’s one of the things I love about my bunch, they don’t stay mad long. The next morning we were all able to laugh about it and move on.

That would be nice ,,,do you have an tutorial video that we could purchase?

Great update Blue

:wizard: Living in Florida, Hurricane Weather SUCKS.

But take advantage of it. :].

If worse comes to worst and a hurricane strikes at a park, go under the ground :D

I can imagine!

Definately took advantage of the free dining  :dance3: and hoping for it again this year.

Under the ground where??? :confused3

I'm sure you will come home with great pictures - it's impossible not to when you're at WDW :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Yes, JoJo gave in to the t-shirts but once you read through the report, you'll also notice that she's always wearing a sweatshirt. :headache:

Snow is gone here :dance3: and about time too!!

Yes, it was as fun as it looked and nothing is really that hard to find because there is always someone around to direct you ;)

Are you going to try and get in on the free dining plan if it is offered?

I know eh? What's up with that??? Sheesh.

It's a good thing I didn't have to confront them

Tutorials are Buzz's department :teeth: and he really should provide one because I keep having to go back to page one to figure out what all his code words mean. :headache:

Besides, I said "they" don't stay mad long - me on the other hand - well that's another story!

Hi Blue!
I realized why I didn't know you were from Canada ... I hadn't read your report yet! I am onboard, better late than never, and enjoying your words muchly thus far.

I am still way back in the pre-trip part, so forgive me as I try to catch up, probably slowly and over many days.

:thumbsup2

Howdy, blue!

So glad you enjoyed the HDDR! Isn't it nice to enjoy a comedy show with your kids that doesn't make you  because of foul language? We had a great time there last year, too!

Looking forward to more...

Kathy

I cannot wait for your next installment!!!::worship:

I feel so bad that you had to wait all that time in the rain. Thank God the kids stayed in semi good spirits.

Do you think the hoop is really just for kids or can I go with my dbf. We will be in WDW in Late November so trying to think of new places we can go.

We are waiting too. If it isn't offered, we won't be going this year.

Story of my life....no one ever notices me. I'm like a wallflower at a dance.

It was nice and I was surprised how much fun the girls did have. I enjoyed reading about your experience with it as well.

I don't think it's just for kids and believe you will have a great time if you decide to go with dbf. Be prepared for lots of food!!!

Been reading your report for a couple of days now and finally caught up!! I love it, your an excellent writer.

Never tried HDD, but I think I will add it to my list of things to do. We also love Chef Mickey's. :)

Can't wait to read the rest!!

well there was a post on here yesterday about free dinning and it was a statement fromm some hill guy who should know and they are saying it is going to be offered from 12 april to june for august 12 i think to sept 22 so lets hope this is right

:dancer:

I read somewhere that Disney figured the “Free Dining” to be a success so I imagine they’d do it again.

I also heard they were considering “Free Drinking” so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

What they really need is “Free Hoteling” then they could pack the house!

Whew -- finally caught up on your report.

Looks like you really enjoyed Hoop-Dee-Doo, Me and DH are debating on going to Hoop-Dee-Doo ---but not sure if we should do on our next trip or not (anniversary/halloween trip). :confused3

Don't feel bad seeing I forgot about yours ;)

I am surprised by how many who have posted in my TR that haven't tried it yet.

I hope any that followed my advice are not disappointed

Great job with Hoop Dee Doo, Blue!! It sounds like so much fun. Well, except for the rain part. That sounded awful. So did your girls really like the show? I am hoping to take my sister and cousin to WDW in December. They will both be 16. Did the girls like it or did they sort of shake their heads at the corny humor? I just can't decide if it's something they would like or if they would act like I was an idiot for taking them. There's just no telling.

If this happens I know of a house in Montana that you can buy, the owner is moving to Florida.

Well, maybe not. I'll probably still be living in it. I don't think I want to live in a world with free drinking AND Buzz.....:lmao:

I guess it's official! From Mousesavers site:

A special "free dining" vacation package at Walt Disney World (for check-ins 8/26/07-9/22/07) is scheduled to be released for Disney Rewards Visa cardholders on Monday, April 9. The same package is expected to become available to the general public on Thursday, April 12. If the new package is similar to the one offered for the past two years, it will require you to purchase at least 3 consecutive hotel nights at an official Walt Disney World resort, plus at least a one-day theme park ticket, and you will get a FREE dining package (one counter service meal, one table service meal and one snack, per person, per day) for the length of your stay. This has been a very popular promotion in past years, so I expect rooms to sell out fast. Check back here on Monday for full details.
