Busiest Park days

Ok I'm going this Monday and Tuesday. I know MK busiest day is Monday so we are waiting on that till Tuesday. Who is not as busy on Monday?

Off the top of my head, I would say first EPCOT, then probably MGM. Another good bet would be a waterpark or DisneyQuest since I think most people leave those for the end of the week. AK has EMH that day, so it will be busy.
